Lingodex is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Camera access is used solely to photograph text for flashcard creation. Photos are stored locally on your device and on your personal account for flashcard generation. We do not access your photo library beyond images you explicitly select.
When you create flashcards, images and text are sent to our cloud processing services for analysis and flashcard generation. This data is used only for the purpose of generating your flashcards and is not used to train any models.

By using Lingodex, you agree to the following terms.
Lingodex provides language learning tools. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the flashcard generation features.
You retain ownership of all photos, text, and flashcard content you create in Lingodex. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and syncing flashcards.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lingodex.
We strive to keep Lingodex available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
Lingodex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Generated flashcard content may contain inaccuracies; always verify critical translations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
